Campaign ad: Olivia Nutter on public schools

The delightfully simple, effective and well-received campaign advertisement supporting Michael Nutter. The catch, of course, is that Michael doesn’t say much at all, but rather his daughter Olivia, who boasts being the only child of any of the other candidates for mayor to be in a public school, does the talking.
Honors Thesis: time to focus on Philadelphia

Suddenly October is melting away, and I need to move on this thesis project.
After a summer of intellectual wandering, casually Philadelphia-focused reading, broad urban political reading, and comparative city campaign research, I am returning to a focus on Philadelphia.
